Returns Policy

Returns
Returns must be initiated within 1 week of receiving the product by contacting us via email at contact@mogradesigns.com. A product is only eligible for a return if it is damaged on delivery. Please note that all Jewelry items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 working days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. If the required size is not available, we will exchange it for another style of your choice or refund you the total amount minus shipping. We do not accept returns on custom made or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed for a different size, we will provide alterations at no extra cost but the item cannot be exchanged for a new piece. To initiate an exchange or alteration, email us at contact@mogradesigns.com.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
