This wrap dress is crafted from Mangalagiri Cotton fabric sourced from the looms of Andhra Pradesh. The town of Mangalagiri is an ancient institution of hand-woven fabrics producing the most exclusive sarees and fabrics. Mangalagiri sarees have been conferred the Geographical Indication (GI) status.

The dress has a V neck, three-quarter sleeves and box pleats that start at the waist. The zari border is woven into the fabric using bronze or gold metallic threads to create intricate designs. The dress has a matching cotton lining.
